Shipping & Returns

Online policy only for Shipping and Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you return or exchange for a refund or exchange, whatever you like. 

Online purchase returns and exchanges must be received by us within 45 days of your original receipt date.  Goods must be in their orginal package and not worn or washed. All original tags must be on the garments.

Please fill out the return/exchange form that is enclosed in your orginal order and enclose a copy of your original receipt. 

Please send your products back via Canada Post with a tracking number so you are reimbursed by Canada Post if they get lost. 

For Exchanges a reshipping fee will be charged.


Manufacturer's Defect 

Please notify us immediately of any manufacturer's defects.  We will credit you with the cost of returning them to us.  We will also pay for the correct product to be sent to you.   You must have authorization from us before you mail these items back.  Please call us at 604-514-9903 to obtain an authorization number for your return.
