Online policy only for Shipping and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange within 45 days of your original purchase date.
Please enclose a copy of your original order and mark on it what you are returning or exchanging and we will take care of it. Goods must be in their original package and not worn or washed. All original tags must be on the garments.
Please send your products back via Canada Post with a tracking number so you are reimbursed by Canada Post if they get lost.
For Exchanges a reshipping fee will be charged.
Manufacturer's Defect
Please notify us immediately of any manufacturer's defects. We will credit you with the cost of returning them to us. We will also pay for the correct product to be sent to you. You must have authorization from us before you mail these items back. Please call us at 604-514-9903 to obtain an authorization number for your return.
